Dan Kopp is now a Senior Partner of Marshall Brown, LLP. Dan focuses his practice on commercial real estate transactions, particularly leasing, lending, acquisitions-dispositions and development. He also has extensive experience in dealing with distressed properties on behalf of owners and lenders. Mr. Kopp’s landlord clients have included national and regional developers and other institutional owners of office, industrial and retail spaces. He has also represented developers and institutional owners in the purchase and sale of office, industrial, retail, multi-family and mixed-use properties.

Mr. Kopp has been designated as a “Super Lawyer” (a publication listing the “top attorneys in the United States”) for several years. He has also achieved the rating of AV (the highest rating available) by Martindale-Hubbell.
